This summer, four NV Alphas traveled to Indiana to participate in the Undergraduate Inter-fraternity Institute. The members were able to explore, define, and enhance their leadership skills, personal awareness, commitment to the Fraternity, and grow to expect values based action from themselves and those the lead. The members learned many things that will positively impact NV Alpha, making it an even better chapter!
